A Proactive Approach to Reliable Turnarounds
At VetCT, we understand that you rely on our reliable teleradiology turnaround times all year, but at the busiest times and we want to let you know that we’re prepared.
As part of our internal preparations, we have in place our Partner Access Programme, launched last year, which helps us accommodate the seasonal increases in demand. We will estimate your clinic’s normal use based on previous months and set a forecast for your demand over busy periods.
If you exceed this forecast, you can continue to send us cases as normal and one of our team will contact you to discuss changing your expected caseload and Partner Access level. This enables us to proactively allocate additional resource where it’s required.
Need to send more cases?
You can also contact us if you anticipate your reporting needs will exceed your Partner Access level soon, for example if you are installing a new machine or expanding your practice. Our client success team will work with you to accommodate your needs.
