Getting started with the VetCT personal dashboard

What is my personal VetCT dashboard?

This is a new personal dashboard designed to allow you to:

  • View cases and reports for your veterinary clinic on the VetCT platform.
  • View any courses booked through the VetCT website.
  • Add your CT/MRI scanner to our global map.
  • Change your contact details and personal details.
  • New features will be added in the future.

How do I create a personal VetCT dashboard?

  • Simply register as a new website user.
  • Use a personal/private email address and create a password.

I now have a personal VetCT dashboard. How do I view cases from my clinic?

The first time you login to your personal dashboard, you will need to link your clinic.

  • Click on ‘Log in to my existing clinic account’.
  • Enter your existing clinic's VetCT login and password (If you have forgotten these login details please contact us).
  • Your personal dashboard will now be connected to your clinic.
  • This is a one-off connection step - from now on just click the 'View my cases' button.

How can colleagues from my clinic view cases?

If you’re the first member of your veterinary clinic to make the link, then you’ll automatically be made the clinic’s ‘primary user’. You can then invite other people in your clinic or they can register directly.

  • Under the ‘Users’ panel, enter your colleague's e-mail address and click ‘Invite’.
  • Shortly after, they’ll receive an email to register for a personal dashboard.
  • Once they’ve created their personal dashboard, they will be automatically linked to the clinic.

As a vet, what happens if I move to a different clinic?

Moving to a different clinic isn't a problem - you can simply disconnect from your current clinic and add your new one.

  • From the dashboard click the link 'disconnect my clinic account'
  • The system will check to see if your clinic has multiple users attached to it (for example, your other colleagues).
  • If you're the primary user, you'll be asked to choose a different primary user, before disconnecting.
  • If you're are not the primary user the system will disconnect your personal dashboard from the clinic.
  • You're now free to add your new clinic. Either enter the clinic's login and password if you know them or get in touch with the VetCT team and we will guide you through the process.
