1 All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations of a booking by a delegate must be received in writing (courses@vet-ct.com).
2.1 Cancellation will incur a charge of 50% of the registration fee up to 60 days, and 100% for cancellation within 60 days of the course.
2.2 For courses in Australia delegates must also telephone (calls from within Australia) 1300 063 064 (international calls) +61 (08) 9336 7632 to ensure their cancellation has been received.
2.3 For courses in the UK delegates must also telephone +44 1223 422251 to ensure their cancellation has been received.
3 VetCT reserve the right to cancel a course at any time.
3.1 Delegates will be refunded the course fees in full.
