1. All fees must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2. Expenses such as flights and accommodation may either be paid direct by the client or must be settled on receipt of an invoice from VetCT immediately after the visit (payment terms 14 days).
3. Cancellations of a course or In-house training booking by a client must be received in writing.
3.1 Cancellation will incur a charge of 50% of the fee up to 30 days and 100% for cancellation within 30 days of the course.
3.2 All expenses must be paid in full by the client if cancellation occurs at any time.
3.3 Clients must telephone +44 1223 422251 and email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure their cancellation has been received.
4 VetCT reserve the right to cancel In-house courses or training at any time.
4.1 Cancellation notice will be sent by email to the contact email address provided by the client.
4.2 Any fees already paid by the client to VetCT will be refunded in this scenario. VetCT will not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred by the client.
